Do you know how many days it ACTUALLY takes to form a new habit?!

You've probably heard it takes 21 days to create a new habit.
But....did you know that studies show it actually takes an average of 66 days to form an automatic behavior? Of course, it depends on the habit you’re trying to form - some are easier, some are more difficult.
If it’s something you’ve been trying to do for a while, or if it’s something you’ve been doing for years and want to quit, that’ll also affect your timeline.
But, we've found that the best way to get started is to track your progress. Not only does this help with accountability, but you can see how long it takes for each new habit you want to create giving you some informative data points.

That’s why our favorite section of the Next Level Daily Planner is the Habit Tracker!
The Habit Tracker is a specific space for you to keep a running list of all of the habits you have, want to develop, or even move away from.

You can easily track positive habits you want to reinforce or strengthen, and negative habits you’d like to remove, and keep an ever-developing list of rewards for when you reach these milestones.

Fill the spaces with check marks, x’s, smiley faces, stickers, highlighters - you’re only limited to your creativity!

At the end of each month you can review, rank, and organize your records to clearly visualize your most/least consistent habits 📊, longest streaks 🔥, and most improved 🏆.
Plus, you can calculate the percentage of completed days and that track over time - which is just another way to help you focus on the habits that need improvement, and see your progress right there on the page.
